A Journey Through Forests and Waterfalls
Beginning from either of the picnic areas at Minyon Falls, the trail descends through lush rainforest to an impressive stand of ancient brushbox trees, fern-fringed creeks, and the base of the magnificent falls.
This track connects to the Boggy Creek walk, which extends north to Rummery Park campground in the adjacent Whian Whian State Conservation Area.
For a shorter trek, you can access the track from Minyon Grass picnic area, leading to the base of the waterfall and back. This 4 km return walk takes about 2 hours, featuring many steps and a steep climb.
The full 13 km return walk takes approximately 6 to 7 hours and is considered moderate to hard, with numerous steps and steep sections.
