The grassy Terania Creek picnic area is an ideal place to relax for a picnic or barbecue lunch with family and friends in Nightcap National Park, near Lismore.

This special area has a rich history of conservation and was the site of historic protests to save it from further logging. Beyond its natural beauty, Terania Creek holds an incredible story of passionate environmental protection that played a key role in preserving our World-Heritage listed rainforests. Sculptural elements throughout this location bring this history to life. Pause for a moment to take them in and learn about the the protests to protect Terania Creek for future generations.
