A Tribute to Conservation
Ideal for families and nature enthusiasts, the trail winds through magnificent World Heritage-listed rainforest and culminates at a stunning waterfall in Nightcap National Park.
As you stroll along, you’ll see subtropical Bangalow palms and native tamarind giving way to towering rainforest giants like yellow carabeen and strangler figs. Keep your ears tuned for the calls of the rose-crowned fruit dove and barred cuckoo-shrike, and watch for pademelons darting through the underbrush.
The 1.4 km return walk takes about 1 to 1.5 hours and features moderate difficulty with many steps and short, steep sections. For more information, including trail conditions, contact the NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service at 1300 072 757 or visit their website.
